RONALD J. RICH, CFP®
Ron is the President and founder of Capstone Wealth Advisors Inc. Capstones founding was motivated by a belief that clients are best served when the advisor is not driven by sale quotas or commissions. Since 2002 Capstones growth and the success of our clients in achieving their life goals has validated that belief. Ron earned his B.S in accounting from Indiana University. Ron’s career in public accounting started in 1980 followed by four years working as a controller and then treasurer of a public company. Since 1987 Ron has been working in the financial services profession and beginning in 1993 became a fee only advisor a role in which he stills serves today working with high net worth families including private business owners, widows and executives. During his career Ron has earned and held the following titles and designations: CPA, CFP, ChFC, CLU. He and his wife Judy are life time residents of central Indiana and have three children.

THOMAS M. STEINMETZ, CPA CFP®
Tom was a founding partner of CWA in 2002, assisting Ron with the set up, organization and implementation of CWA’s original business plan. Tom became a full time advisor and principal of CWA on October 1, 2007. Tom has long had a passion for finances and financial planning and brings a wealth of financial acumen and business expertise to the CWA team. After earning a B.S. in accounting from Indiana University in 1980, Tom worked in public accounting for eight years working primarily with small to medium businesses and their owners. For the next nineteen years, Tom enjoyed a successful career in medical practice management working with several of the most prominent physicians and physician practices in the Indianapolis area. He and his wife, Debbie reside in Indianapolis and are the proud parents of three children.
